Hairspray star Brittany Snow comes clean about suffering from anorexia since the age of 12! she also suffered from depression and self mutulation(cutting yourself..). She says it all started when she was 12 and started doing diets, being succesful since she lost 10 pounds off her 5'3 frame the first month! But after that, it not only became innocent dieting but anorexia. When she was 16 it became worse when she began cutting her self in punishment for eating. She was treated at a hospital and received support from her amazing friends. She now weighs a healthy 120lbs and has been clean from her disorder for 2 years. "There are still times when i feel like i should punish my self because i ate something, but then im like come on Brittany, you're great!" she says.

Id like to congratulate her for being so brave and sharing her story with the world, and i think its amazing she was able to recover from 3 life threatning disorders.
